Summary

Updates planning/active/2026-06-12-code-audit-findings.md to record that all 16 confirmed bugs from the 2026-06-12 code audit (B1–B16) are now fixed in #61.

  • Frontmatter → status: bugs-remediated, plus bugs_pr: 61 / bugs_remediated: 2026-06-13.
  • New "Remediation status" section above the bug table: verification result (423 passed, 100% coverage, ruff + ty clean), the implementation approach, two notes worth recording (a B5 regression test that initially passed for the wrong reason; B13's CI-untestable missing-extra import path), and what remains open (suspected S1–S5, test-holes T1–T8, improvements P1–P35, doc-drift).
  • All original audit content preserved.

Docs-only; pairs with the code changes in #61.

Test Plan

  • Docs-only change — no code/tests affected
  • Section renders correctly (frontmatter + Markdown verified)

All 16 confirmed bugs are fixed in PR #61 (modern-python/faststream-outbox).
Flip status to bugs-remediated, add bugs_pr/bugs_remediated frontmatter, and
add a "Remediation status" section: verification result (423 passed, 100%
coverage, ruff+ty clean), the implementation approach, the B5 wrong-reason
test catch, B13's CI-untestable import path, and what remains open
(suspected S1–S5, test-holes T1–T8, improvements P1–P35, doc drift).
