Reimplement "source code" section in reports

Taking this out for now, but shouldn't be too bad to reimplement. Just need to bring init in to the workflow.

As @bzkrouse noted here we may want to refactor/functionalize some of the charting code found in the app to simplify export.

Would be nice to have a way to view the code in the app as well - don't think it should be too hard to set up ...
