* Update Hugo and Docsy to latest versions Pickup minor bug fixes, security updates, etc. * Update config to disable dark mode. Dark mode - we used custom colors and will need to rethink that prior to implementing dark mode. * Upgrade to docsy 12.0. Move directory structure to match docsy preferred naming. * Update UI feedback yaml to correspond to Hugo updates in 0.152. * Update to Hugo 0.155.3 -- docsy 0.13 requires 0.152.2 or greater * Push docsy to 0.14.2 * Start process of removing custom navbar. * Cleanup home page, moving to markdown, fixing issues with darkmode * Enable dark mode for testing, cleanup of index.md * Fix darkmode enabled for experimenting * Move files from static to assets to align with Docsy conventions. Fix image-gallery to reflect new location. * Move timeline photos from assets to timeline and treat as page assets. Cleanup image-gallery shortcode to use page resources. * Fix navbar colors, move navbar icon to assets. Fix button colors. * Move custom.css information into _sytles_project.scss Fixes issue with image placement on home page and brings css in line with Docsy standards. * Remove unused shortcodes, update cover.html shortcode - Remove unused parts of cover.html, simplify where possible. - Remove unused shortcodes. * Remove references to custom.css. File is no longer used. * Update the partial, favicon.html, and the associated favicon files. Moved favicons to a standard location, regenerated them all from the logoWindows.svg file. Revised favicon.html to serve up the appropriate icon. .svg and .ico are preferred formats. * First attempt using css to provide two line search functionality. * Remove unused files * Bold Title and Subtitle on home page. Current behavior of site. * Fix logo in annual reports. Move logo from html <img/> to Hugo figure shortcode. We need to update the primary font color for dark mode before enabling it. The current default color does not provide enough contrast with the dark background. * Updated README.md file Reorganized and updated. * README cleanup, remove unused files from cache. With the updated bibliography we no longer need to cache the bibliography.json or the individual json files used to create the final bibliography entries. They have been removed and the README updated to accurately reflect this portion of the build process. * Fix scss to show title on non-home pages. The links to the obituaries of Warren Teitelman and Daniel Bobrow in the In Memoriam page are broken. This PR replaces them with the corresponding links to the Wayback Machine captures.
