Clear errors on set password submit

cc @MonilBhavsar this is a small clean up for #11145. I think it's better to set errors to null in optimisticData when we trigger that API request than checking if we are loading in the page.

Tests

1. Enter your email in the login page
2. Tap Continue
3. Tap the Resent link button twice
4. Go to you email and find the magic sign-in link email from Concierge (you should have received a few of them)
5. Copy the link from the oldest email and paste it into the address bar. Note: that link is already invalid and if you tap the link instead of pasting it you won't be able to navigate back
6. Type your new password
7. Hit Set Password, see the invalid link error
8. Tap on back button in the browser
9. You should only see the Link has been re-sent message

• Verify that no errors appear in the JS console
