App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Create an expense with category.
4. Open expense report.
5. Click Category and remove the category.
6. Go back to workspace chat.

Expected Result:

RBR and "Missing category" will not have extra spacing between them.

Actual Result:

RBR and "Missing category" has extra spacing between them.
