[Due for payment 2025-12-26] [Custom Columns][Release 4] Add reportID and longReportID columns to Search results

1. Add the reportID and longReportID columns to this array
2. Add the billable and reimbursable columns to this function, with default to false
3. Add a Text component for each column here (follow the order here). The reportID column renders the result of getBase62ReportID and longReportID renders report.reportID
4. Add automated tests here
