[LHN Bugs] [Tracking] Inbox LHN clean up issues

This is a tracking issue for all the LHN updates we're trying to make. This is being managed in #migrate. If you have a LHN issue, let's clean it up. We'll coordinate these in slack or the individual issues, but we need somewhere to track all the issues we're working on.

• 🟢 Stop sending emails to approvers when expenses submitted via auto submission when importing a card #69595 - @Gonals
• 🔥 Stop sending conversational corrections to users from Concierge when importing a card #542440 - @Valforte

HIGH

• ✅ Stop sending emails to approvers when expenses submitted via auto submission when importing a card #69595 - @Gonals -- this PR was deployed yesterday. I just tested it and I think we're done here! Let's let testing happen and then cross it off the list next week.
• 🟢 Stop sending conversational corrections to users from Concierge when importing a card #542440 - @Valforte picked this up and has a PR already being tested.
• 🟡 [Tracking] Audit and Stabilize Brick Road Logic in Left Hand Navigation - @clarajones-expensify created a ton of new tests to help with this. Great daily progress!
• 🟡 Drag and drop multiple receipts is causing RBRs in users account #69013 - @agata is working with @lakchote on this one so we're making daily progress.
• 🟡 Use AI to set the categories of the default spend categories when connecting to an accounting package #63087 - @marcaaron has been making daily progress and has a path forward.
• ✅ Deleted Expenses Still Appear in LHN with Unread Concierge Auto-Categorization Messages #67287 @marcaaron pushed this PR to production so I think we're good here. I had issues testing it because all my test transactions get confidently categorized so not sure what to do with that.
• 🔥 Discrepancy between Mobile and Desktop LHN - GBR persists until clicked - UNASSIGNED - I'm working with the contributor trying to diagnose. It's not going particularly well but I'll keep digging.

MEDIUM

• 🔴 Auto-pinning Workspace Logs when turning off Delayed - @sonialiap @cead22 - Carlos was assigned this one as it needs a back end engineer so I'll check in if he can take this one.
• 🔴 "Deleted report" line items in LHN - @jamesdeanexpensify @marcaaron - this was just reported yesterday but @marcaaron is already looking into it.

LOW

• 🟢 Old DM task GBR is showing up in my LHN even though there is no action to do @nkuoch thinks it has to do with the query order so has a PR up to fix that.
• 🔴 Reports to Approve not showing in the Inbox - @lydiabarclay @nkuoch - unfortunately we hit a bit of a deadend as I don't have reports left unapproved.
• 🔴 Chats in Inbox LHN don't load when sending messages via concierge compose - @OfstadC - No real progress but that is okay as it's a low.

• 🔴 Chats with GBR but no action to take - @heyjennahay found this last week so adding to the list. We think it might only be EXFY accounts.
• 🔴 Duplicate and inconsistent report states in LHN and workspace chat - @quinthar found this one and @abekkala is assigned as the BZ team member. Still diagnosing.

• 🟡 Discrepancy between Mobile and Desktop LHN - GBR persists until clicked - @OfstadC - @priyeshshah11 proposal was accepted and is working with @hungvu193 on the solution.
• 🔴 OpenReport is called as anonymous user even if you are signed in @DylanDylann - @brianlee-expensify reported this and is diagnosing with @DylanDylann. Keeping it on here until we figure out if it's a LHN bug or not.
• 🔴 Update the RBR and report primary action for when an export fails - @flavia opened this and will work on getting it updated.

MEDIUM

• 🔴 "Deleted report" line items in LHN - @jamesdeanexpensify @marcaaron - I opened a thread to discuss next steps on this one.
• 🔴 Expense threads not showing in LHN - @flodnv is reporting this one here. I'll keep it here until we get it diagnosed.

LOW

• 🔴 Chats in Inbox LHN don't load when sending messages via concierge compose - @abekkala - we're still diagnosing this one.
• 🔴 Chats with GBR but no action to take - @sakluger - @heyjennahay found this last week so adding to the list. We think it might only be EXFY accounts.
• 🔴 Duplicate and inconsistent report states in LHN and workspace chat - @quinthar found this one and @abekkala is assigned as the BZ team member. I just gave the contributor more screenshots to hopefully diagnose.
