Action Performed:
- Log into the app on desktop and mobile with the same account
- On desktop, go to Reports and approve a pending report
- On mobile, check the Reports list or chat view
- Observe whether the approved state and GBR indicators match.
Expected Result:
Approval on desktop should immediately sync to mobile, GBR indicator should clear, and report state should reflect the approval consistently across devices.
Actual Result:
The report shows as approved on desktop, but on mobile GBR indicator still appear
