feat(workspace): reposition New project badge and enable for manual creation

Description

This PR addresses the position and triggering of the temporary green 'New' badge on project cards in the Workspace.

1. Badge Repositioning: Moved the 'New' badge from being right next to the project title to the top-right corner of the card, alongside the 'Owner' badge, for a cleaner and more distinct UI.
2. Manual Creation Support: Updated the \handleCreateNewProject, \handleCreateProjectFromRepo, and \handleCreateMultipleProjects\ functions in the + Add Project\ modal to correctly capture the returned project data and trigger the \setNewProjectId\ state with a 5-second timeout. Previously, this visual feedback was only active for AI-generated projects via the sidebar.

Verification

• Navigated to the Workspace.
• Clicked + Add Project\ and created a repository.
• Verified the modal closes and the newly created project card immediately displays a green 'New' badge in its top-right corner for 5 seconds.
