i just copied some values to keep crying to a minimum, also i dont see the rad armor come up much outside of radstorms |

changes heck suit values to
(MELEE = 75, BULLET = 20, LASER = 10, ENERGY = 10, BOMB = 50, BIO = 100, RAD = 60, FIRE = 100, ACID = 100)
only the bullet, laser, energy, and rad values got dropped from 40,40,40, and 100.
