Update documentation

Either pack documentation in form of an HTML file into the repository or inside the Wiki on github.

An alternative solution may be to include the documentation directly into the WSDL files so that the programming language-specific bindings automatically can convert this documentation. A tutorial for Java can be found here: http://metro.java.net/guide/ch03.html.
