libopensmskummeeplugin

libopensmskummeeplugin is an OpenSM performance manager plugin.  The plugin
receives data from the Performance Manager and logs that data to a MySQL
database.  Scripts are provided for integration to SKUMMEE.  However, these
scripts are not required to use the plugin; direct DB queries are possible.
Furthermore, a CLI tools is provided for most of the basic data mining
