Issue
Appwrite's Code of Conduct are present in the main Appwrite repository which is followed across all projects but this project(locale) is missing the CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file in the project.
Fix
This pull request adds the
CODE_OF_CONDUCT.mdfile in the root of the project
