Created a separate parser. Would it be helpful to merge the projects?

I created a parser that converts the US Code xml to a sqlite database:

I had used it in my android app before, but i decided to open source it.

if this project is still being maintained / worked on, would it be better to merge the two projects?

This project is very obsolete because newer and better XML data is available from uscode.house.gov than when this project was created. I'll mark this repository as archived. But it's nice to have your link here in an issue for anyone interested.
