smtp and pop do not respond to SIGTERM from compose down

Currently a timeout of zero compose down -t 0 must be specified so that a SIGKILL is immediately sent or bringing down the containers will hang for until the default timeout of ten seconds elapse and a SIGKILL is sent to pop and smtp.
