radius: page title should be more informative

Students are likely to have multiple KDLP pages open in their browser at once. It would be nice if they could see those tabs listed as "E0 - KDLP", "Course Procedures - KDLP", etc, rather than them all appearing as KDLP, which requires looking at each of them to find the desired page.
