Right now, students who use who use an oopsie are treated the same as student who just don't make an initial submission. They are locked out of all future automated mail revelations. If a student uses an oopsie and makes a final submission, then they should be able to see the final submissions and previous emails after the final submission due date.
However, a delinquent student who does not make any initial or final submission, regardless of whether an oopsie was used, should be flagged in some manner clearly visible to the instructors to signal for intervention
