bug: Parses `[[deprecated]]` on enumerator incorrectly

Describe the bug

tree-sitter doesn't seem to know what to do with [[deprecated]] on an enumerator (enumeration value), and it breaks the parser out of enum_specifier

Steps To Reproduce/Bad Parse Tree

Obviously ERRORs on valid c++(17) code are a problem, but also notice that the attribute_declaration is not a part of the enum

I’m not sure how to generate the parsed tree output in the same format as yours, but I’m also encountering an error with what appears to be a valid enum declaration:

enum [[deprecated]] BasicColor {
    RED,
    GREEN,
    BLUE
};

As far as I understand, this syntax is valid according to the Hyperlinked C++ BNF Grammar referenced in the README.
