Bring the structured docs tree up to date with the agent-loop and ASA
work in the previous commits. Per the keep-docs-in-sync rule, every
code change should pair with a matching docs update; this is the
catch-up commit covering everything in the last 8 days.
Highlights:
- API.md: new agent-loop event types (reasoning_token, plan_loaded,
plan_adherence, plan_revise), updated /v1/agent + /v3/plan contracts.
- ARCHITECTURE.md: BiasBusters #1-4 + agent-loop hardening detectors
+ ASA steering vector in the pipeline diagram.
- CLI.md: refreshed for atlas init / atlas model commands, tui
reasoning-stream visibility.
- CONFIGURATION.md: ATLAS_CONTROL_VECTOR* env vars, removed turn-cap
ceiling, lens severe-threshold and regression-run-length knobs.
- MAP.md: new files (plan_reminder.go, reasoning_repeat.go,
asa_calibration/, etc.) added to the file map.
- TROUBLESHOOTING.md: "stub loop on resources.html" diagnosis path,
"verification gate bounced my done" recovery, "ASA not applied"
checklist.
