团队监控，增加正则模式支持{$team}模板字符。
实现思路：先在 szContent 中尝试移除成员名来定位被点名者，若移除成功，说明符合{$team}条件，再将正则规则中的 {$team} 替换为空，用剩余内容执行单次正则匹配。相比遍历所有成员逐个执行正则，只需一次正则调用，避免性能损耗。
