Develop a JavaScript gif-maker webapp.

Description 📜

It should take a video file or an image file and make a file.gif out of it.

Requirements 🛠️

• Should take video else collection of images.
• Should be able to output .gif files.
• Should have certain parameter controls over the generation and processing of the .gif file.

Bonuses ✨

- A good UI would be cheery on the cake.

Any number of people can work on a single issue 👨‍💻👨‍💻
