This set of patches contains the changes required to enable the tone pipeline.
Because hostless pipelines, do not have a FE DAI, we introduce the virtual FE that will be created when the siggen widget is loaded. This virtual FE will be used to enable the BE DAI in the case of hostless pipelines when the kcontrol attached to the siggen widget is triggered.
The patchset also proposes a new switch kcontrol IO handler that will be used for triggering the hostless pipeline.
