Add purpose to the project and README

Although this project has only been around for a few days I am starting to see a purpose arise for the project. Essentially this project is about making pull requests, trying to make the best contribution of the day, and feeling proud for contributing to a technically meaningless project.

I think this project will evolve into something uselessly magnificent, a record of changes to a project about making changes to a project.

I am excited to see how this project will turn out.

That's one way to look at it - I think that feeling will eventually wear off. it already seems like the project is becoming a learning tool. There's certainly something to the ego boost. It seems to me the project is capturing sort of the ethos of dev.to organically. While I wouldn't want to predict where it will go(grow?) I think we're looking at an evolutionary mirror of dev.to articles & twitter chats. (I know that sounds cheesy)

And that said, I think it might be worthwhile to avoid adding a purpose statement to the README - it's shaping itself without, and I really like that.

I am definitely learning a lot about collaboration through this project. I am loving where this is going.
