#25 — Layer control: master toggle with memory

Acceptance criteria:

• An eye icon button hides all layers at once and remembers which were visible
• Pressing it again restores exactly the previously-visible layers (not necessarily all of them)
• The icon switches between eye and eye-slash to reflect the current state
• The per-type checkboxes update to match the current visibility state
