Description:
While editing an existing provider, the Provider Name field is not editable. Users are unable to update or modify the provider name, even though other fields may be editable.
This creates an inconsistent editing experience and limits flexibility in managing providers.
Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to Settings → AI Providers
Select an existing provider
Click Edit
Try to update the Provider Name field
Expected Result:
The Provider Name field should be editable, allowing users to update it as needed.
Actual Result:
The Provider Name field is non-editable (read-only), preventing any changes.
