audo-discovery does not property resolve absolute url paths

Given /swordv2/servicedocument in the link of a server home page for the service document, the auto-discovery code will append the provided absolute path to the base path of the server, not the base url.

E.g.

http://www.myrepo.ac.uk/repository

gives

http://www.myrepo.ac.uk/repository/swordv2/servicedocument

rather than the correct

http://www.myrepo.ac.uk/swordv2/servicedocument
