zeitwerk dependency #2

Hi, great work on the UUID v7 implementation 👏
I'd like to use the gem in one of my projects, however, I don't want to install a big dependency like zeitwerk. I think the core of this gem is not really dependent on it. Is it possible to drop this dependency (or make it optional) so the gem will be usable in a simple ruby script?
