In order to install nmap 7.80 i had to change the base image from node:10-alpine to node:10-buster. nmap-scripts seem to be a subpackage of nmap so i removed it Changing the base image was breaking the addgroup and adduser commands so i changed the flags for debian buster.
In order to install nmap i disabled the installation via apt-get. The Package is now downloaded directly from nmap.org as rpm Package. In order install it i repackage it with alien and install the created Package via dpkg
I summarized all the RUN instructions into just one to decrease amount of created layers

This improves the build time as the packages can be properly cached

To update nmap to version 7.80 i introduced a multi-staged Dockerfile.
This was necessary because nmap 7.80 is not in the stable release channel of alpine.
To get the latest version of nmap it was necessary to build nmap from source in a build environment for alpine
