feat: port devloop to bun opentui

Summary

• Replaces the shell implementation with a slim Bun/TypeScript orchestrator and OpenTUI renderer.
• Makes strict acceptance gating the default and records useful report metadata.
• Adds success-only local branch/commit handling with Conventional Commit messages.

Update pushed in 593a0d3 chore: update devloop logo.

Summary:

• Replaced the shared Devloop logo constant with the requested ASCII wordmark.
• Kept the TUI and no-arg welcome screen using the same shared logo path.
• Updated the welcome-screen test assertion to lock the new logo into coverage.

Verification:

• bun run typecheck
• bun test
• ./tests/devloop_test.sh
• devloop renders the new logo
