There's nothing wrong with this implementation per se, but I think that you should probably migrate more than one diagnostic per PR.
There are 12 invocations of struct_span_err in rustc_hir_analysis/src/collect.rs (and 161 invocation in rustc_hir_analysis!). At least a few of those should be pretty trivial to migrate, and can be batched up together so they can be reviewed all at once so it's easier to review and results in less noise in the git history.
