The docker run command exits immediately, with no output.

Please reboot and try modprobe binder_linux devices=binder,hwbinder,vndbinder.
You can test with mkdir ~/binderfs && mount -t binder binder ~/binderfs and check whether binder / hwbinder / vndbinder are there.
