2. Top 5 Libraries Display - Shows the top-scoring libraries even if below threshold
3. Helpful Guidance - Explains possible causes (missing metrics, low activity data, collection issues)
4. Better Error States - Distinguishes between "all below threshold" vs "no data collected"
5. Actionable Next Steps - Makes the diagnostic endpoint more discoverable

• Enhanced warning message with real-time score statistics
• Added visual breakdown of top 5 libraries and their scores
• Provided actionable troubleshooting guidance
• Improved overall UX for diagnosing RIS calculation issues
