…oad links Update all docs to use versionless CDN URLs: - https://dl.radxa.com/tools/windows/DriverAssitant.zip - https://dl.radxa.com/tools/windows/RKDevTool_Release.zip Changes: - Replace versioned URLs (v5.14, v2.96, v2.86, etc.) with versionless ones - Remove version numbers from link display text - Update decompression instructions to reference new filenames Affected: rock5/rock5t, rock5/rock5itx, rock5/rock5c, rock5/rock5b, rock2/rock2a, rock3/rock3b, rock4/rock4ab-se, rock4/rock4d, rockpi/rockpis, rockpi/rockpis0, som/cm/cm3j, som/cm/cm4, som/cm/cm5, som/nx/nx4, som/nx/nx5, e/e24c, e/e54c (and English translations in i18n/)
