This guide documents the complete setup process for the SimCom SIM7600G-H LTE modem in the M.2 B-Key slot of the Radxa Rock 5T. Covers GPIO pin mapping, correct Active-Low logic for RESET# and W_DISABLE#, QMI-based connection setup, automatic boot service, and known issues with the Deutsche Telekom carrier config enforcing INTERNET.TELEKOM as APN. Tested on Ubuntu 24.04 with kernel 6.1.115-3-rockchip.
