[RFC7644 §3.11](https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc7644#section-3.11) defines a `/Me` endpoint. scim2-client should handle that endpoint I suppose that we could build a sentinel `Me` that could be passed instead of resources to the methods. Maybe this needs #13?
