This error is only triggered by Zarr 3.1.3 (or newer), which uses
os.replacefor atomic writes (zarr-developers/zarr-python#3412).I'm not sure, but I'm not really worried about tracking this down given that tests pass with Zarr 3.1.3 on Python 3.13.
