Updates the proxy integration tests workflow from
actions/checkoutv4 /actions/setup-nodev4 to v6 so those actions natively target Node.js 24 and the Node 20 deprecation warning goes away. Matches the majors already used inpublish.ymlandrelease-on-merge.yml.
