Feature request: Rename flag `collector.filesystem.ignored-mount-points` to match other collectors

PR #1743 changed filter flag names to collector.netdev.device-exclude and collector.systemd.unit-exclude. To follow this naming scheme, collector.filesystem.ignored-mount-points should be renamed to collector.filesystem.mount-points-exclude and the old flag deprecated for 2.0 as well.

Seems like a good idea to me. We can do a similar deprecation.
