Replace a handful of broken links on the website

I am opening this issue to replace a couple of broken links on the website.

In the EN lesson /building-static-sites-with-jekyll-github-pages + ES translation sitios-estaticos-con-jekyll-y-github-pages, there is a link to guidance on unhiding the Library folder.
