I downloaded gmic-3.5.0-cli and yours in video is gmic-v3.43
I have this traceback:

when I click on the execute button on the Output node ! Weird!

because if the result is false it's not because the node isn't an output node BUT node.execute() don't work!
I don't know why???

For the command to work properly, the output node must be active, as the traversal begins from the output node and moves backward to its connected nodes (e.g., input <- blur <- output).

If a different node, such as blur is active and the button is pressed, the traversal starts from that node, and the output won't be generated. For example, starting from blur. input <- blur

I have use the blur linear only:

and tiff format for my render.

I changed the format of the render for PNG and now the output node "execute" render an image but with that setup, the result is a white image ! sharpness is 0 ! Strange

Your addon is amazing I wait it since a lot ! Thanks for your explainations but you must explain that for everybody !
You must warn about format because my error is certainly repeatable. Me I use openexr and tiff often.....
