Patent Engineering Explained

A practical explanation of patent engineering work through governance-relevant processes: monitoring, risk analysis, documentation, portfolio management, and external coordination.

Patent engineering is often misunderstood as purely legal or administrative work. In practice, it combines technical understanding, structured research, risk-oriented analysis, documentation, external coordination, and decision support in regulated innovation environments.
