Add checks for rig dependencies and harden environment and error handling for DU

Fixes #60

• Add checks that docker, docker-compose, and docker-machine are all there.
• Only run disk usage checks in non-Linux environments.
• Add error handling if the df check errors, my compilation was failing on the code as is.
