Immediate settings fix (no PR needed): Directly PATCHed repos/petry-projects/google-app-scripts/check-suites/preferences via the GitHub API to set auto_trigger_checks: false for:

• Claude (app_id: 1236702)
• CodeRabbit (app_id: 347564)

This eliminates the orphaned queued suites created on every push that were permanently blocking GitHub auto-merge.

Code change in PR #261: Updated .github/settings.yml to align with the org label standard — fixed the security label color/description and added 6 missing required labels (dependencies, scorecard, bug, enhancement, documentation, in-progress).
