To run it, you also need content. It can load FBX scenes. The two scenes I am using can be found at https://1drv.ms/f/s!AjdhLxGfpof0lMh-cD4PEmmT24AccA?e=i3VRqR The FBX and UrbanScene folders there go into the Sandbox/Content folder, so it will be Sandbox/Content/FBX and Sandbox/Content/UrbanScene.
