TinyMCE is used as a plugin (richedit). A pretty old version.
But it seems that even without the plugin, TinyMCE is actually installed and used when creating/editing a Page.
Why since TinyMCE is installed and used, we need a Second instance of it as a plugin ?
Am i right ?
