Original Notepad++ issue: notepad-plus-plus/notepad-plus-plus#17044
where the expected behavior is described as:
`Notepad++ should display an error if the plugin download source cannot be resolved and thus the plugin installation fails.`
Even without the above issue report, I've already noticed myself that sometimes my intended plugin installations also fail seemingly for no reason (no error message). I think I've found a way how to fix it, more in the PR.
