@rvagg I'd like to add nodejs/node-eps#3 to the discussion list. Important bit in how upcoming ES6 modules/Loader will work in Node. Also seems v8 team would like something "officially" backed by the CTC.

@Fishrock123 would be better to hit today. Sooner we land, the sooner v8 can start to take action. Even if there's just a moment to explain so the rest of the CTC can review the PR.
