Fix InsulinManagement UI

• Local insulin modification done from AAPS master (without any AAPSCLIENT paired), raised the external modification popup from a paired device...
• After a creation or modification of a new insulin, buttom bar was resync with Running insulin instead of being aligned with current selected insulin (so run enabled, delete disable, not consistent with selected insulin different to running insulin)
• Additional bug fixed, on Insulin Management opening, now scroll is forced to running insulin (if another insulin has been previously selected, a "re-open of Insulin Management was on previous selected insulin instead of running insulin, so inconsistencies, especially when you open InsulinManager from current running profile...)

This modification has been checked only from my dev phone (master AAPS version), so I didn't check the correct synchronization and correct behaviour with a paired AAPSCLIENT and remote commands...
