fix: align remaining #427 conflict files to main (v6)

• aligns .github/workflows/squad-standard-lint-yaml.yml to main
• aligns tests/AppHost.Tests/Infrastructure/AspireManager.cs to main, then applies required formatter output
• full local pre-push gates passed
