What to build

Define and record the implementation scope for markdown editor migration in Blog Post Create/Edit flows so the team can proceed with a single agreed baseline path. This slice establishes the end-to-end execution contract for Sprint 19 work and prevents scope drift (especially around image upload backend behavior).

Acceptance criteria

• A documented scope decision exists for Sprint 19 markdown editor migration tied to parent PRD [Sprint 19] [Feature] PRD: Markdown editor for Blog Post Create/Edit content #320.
• Scope explicitly confirms markdown editor swap in Create/Edit and excludes backend image-upload pipeline work for this increment.
• Downstream slice issues can reference this scope lock as their dependency baseline.
